摘 要:钢丝绳在许多重要领域已获得广泛的应用。为保证钢丝绳在正常运行时不致崩断需要经常检测钢丝绳的损伤程度,判断何时须予更换,从理论上探讨了用泄漏磁通法检测钢丝绳缺陷的测量机理,在理论和实验相结合的基础上,推导出了反映泄漏磁通与缺陷几何参数关系的数学模型,概括出了实现定量测量钢丝绳损伤的3点重要结论,并在此基础上实现了钢丝绳探伤仪的硬件设计及软件开发。Wire ropes have found wide use in major fields. To ensure a wire rope against breakage in normal operation, it is vital to measure its degree of deterioration from time to time so as to determine when it should be replaced. In this paper the measurement mechanism of detecting wire rope defects by the leakage magnetic flux method has theoretically been discussed. Based upon the theory in combination with experiments a mathematic model mirroring the relationship between leakage magnetic flux and geometric parameters of the defect has been derived, from which three important conclusions for materializing quantitative measurement of wire rope fiaws have been generalized, leading to the establishment of a flaw detector for wire ropes in respect of hardware design and software development.
