摘  要:通过紫外光加速老化、自然老化实验处理聚丙烯纤维试样,研究了处理前后试样的结构和拉伸强度,探讨了聚丙烯纤维光老化的机理.结果表明:紫外光加速老化使聚丙烯纤维的拉伸强度明显降低,分子质量明显下降,结晶度变化不大、取向度呈明显下降趋势.红外谱图显示:1 725 cm-1附近出现了羰基吸收峰;SEM显示:试样表面微观形貌变得粗糙、出现斑点,甚至出现了沟槽等.试样自然老化与紫外光加速老化的结果基本相同.聚丙烯老化的化学反应导致分子质量下降、并生成了具有羰基的化合物.Studied the aging mechanism of polypropylene fiber by accelerated aging test and nature aging test. Then gave the contrast of sample structure and tensile strength before and after aging. Results showed that ultraviolet accelerated aging made tensile strength of polypropylene fiber decreas markedly and the molecular weight obviously drop, but the crystallization degrees were nearly not changed and the orientation degree presented downward trend. Infrared spectra indicated polypropylene fiber after shining by ultraviolet ray had appeared the carbonyl absorption peak near 1 725 cm^-1. Sample surface became crude, appeared spot and cannelure for even. Samples of nature aging had the same results with the former basically. The chemical reaction of the polypropylene's wearing out resulted in the molecular weight' s dropping and produced carbonyl compound.
