摘 要:研究了热熔黏合纤维的热性能,改进了非织造布服装领衬(领底呢)的加工过程,测试和分析了领衬物理机械性能和染色性能.常温下热熔黏合纤维没有黏接性,高温(熔点以上)熔融黏合性良好.将含量在5%~10%之间的热熔黏合纤维均匀地混入羊毛、黏胶、涤纶等非织造布主体纤维中,经梳理、成网、针刺加固、热压定型等工序加工成服装领衬.此工艺省去浸胶过程,工序缩短。加工方便,成本降低.同时,生产过程中对环境没有污染。产品本身无甲醛释放.分析结果表明:热熔黏合纤维非织造布服装领衬强力明显增加,弹性有所改善,水洗尺寸稳定性好,染色性能良好.To start with, studied the thermal quality of the thermofusible fiber, then improved the process of clothing collar lining with non-woven fabric. Furthermore, tested and analyzed the mechanical and dyeing behavior of collar lining. The thermofusibh fiber has no sticky ability in normal temperature, but it will have fine sticky ability when the temperature is beyond the fiber' s melting point. The thermofusible fiber with its content between 5 % -10 % is evenly mixed with the non-woven main fabric, such as wool, viscose and polyester. Through combing, webbing, needling, hot-press setting and other process of clothing collar lining, the dipping process was omitted and the process was shorten. At the same time, both the process and the environment were not polluted while the product itself had no formaldehyde released. Results showed that, strength in collar lining of thermofusibh non-woven fabric had obvious increment, the elasticity had been improved and the size stability of washing was as excellent as the dyeing behavior.
