摘　　要：本文报道了一种含巯基的分子在金膜表面的自组装制备的单层分子整流器件Au/PPSC/Au,其中PPSC为取向整流分子膜。接触角、掠角反射红外光谱测量证明了单层分子膜存在;STM和电路测量都得到明显的不对称的整流I-V曲线。在STM模式下,在±2 V时,表观整流比为4.25;在电路测量模式,整流比在几十倍以上。A new type of molecular rectifier was fabricated with self-assembled monolayer of PPSC molecule sandwiched between two gold layers （Au/PPSCJAu）.The well-orientated PPSC monolayer was characterized with scanning tunneling microscopy （STM） and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （VFIR）. Distinctive asymmetric I- V characteristics were observed by STM and by conventional circuit measurement, respectively.The apparent rectification ratio of the molecular monolayer is found to be 4.25 at ± 2 V by STM working in non-contact mode; whereas it is above several tens by conventional circuit measurement.
