麝香保心丸对狗及大鼠实验性心肌梗塞的保护作用

摘　　要：应用狗和大鼠实验性心肌梗塞模型，观察麝香保心丸对缺血心肌的保护作用，结果表明：麝香保心丸能显著缩小狗和大鼠实验性心肌梗塞范围，提示麝香保心丸对缺血心肌有保护作用。The protecting actions of Shexianghaoxin Pills on blood-deficiency cardiac muscle with the model of experimental myocardial infarction of dog and rat were investigated.As a result ,Shexiangbaoxin Pills can remarkedly diminish the experimental myocardial infarction range of small dog and rat,which suggested that it have the protection action on blood-deficiency cardiac muscle.
