摘　　要：文章介绍了麂皮绒所用原料(海岛型复合超细纤维)的结构特点,麂皮绒的风格特点和分类,举例说明了3大类机织麂皮绒的组织结构,重点讨论了机织麂皮绒织物的品种设计与开发,阐明了麂皮绒产品的生产工艺流程和原料准备、织造、退浆精练、开纤减量、磨绒、染色等主要工序中需特别注意的技术问题。This article introduced the structural features of the material of suede （sea-island composite super-fine fiber）, characteristics, style and classification of suede. It illustrated the structure of suede, indicated the process of production and the key technical problems in the process of material preparation, weaving, desizing and scouring, sanding, dyeing and so on.
