摘　　要：随着中国对国际石油市场的依赖程度日益增加,中国石油安全问题日益凸显;21世纪中俄石油合作虽然受诸多不确定性因素影响,但前景依然看好;从地缘政治角度分析,俄罗斯石油对中国石油安全具有特殊战略意义,因此中国应积极开展中俄石油外交,实现石油进口来源的多源化,以确保中国石油安全。The problem of China petroleum security is very pressing, going with the enhancement of degree of depending on foreign problem increasingly. The prospect of Sino-Russia petroleum cooperation in 21 century will be good, though there are many uncertain factors which influence the condition of it. Analysis on the view of geography politics, Russia＇s petroleum resource is very important for Chinese petroleum security, So China government should carry out energy diplomacy to Russia actively, achieve the aim of import petroleum in various ways, then insure China petroleum security.
