摘 要:基于巷道围岩松散破碎、两帮充填不实、木支架临时支护等复杂条件,分析了斜岭煤矿+60水平运输大巷破坏机理及原因,提出“两步耦合注浆”新技术对该巷道进行加固,并研究了耦合注浆加固机理和浆液在围岩中的扩散规律。实践表明:两步耦合注浆技术是解决松散破碎围岩支护难题的有效途径,取得了良好的支护效果。Based on the complicated conditions of loose and fractured surrounding rock, backfill not enough, temporary supporting by timber and etc, the destructive mechanism and reasons to 4-60 level main haulageway in Xieling coal mine is analyzed The new technology of two-step coupled grouting is put forward to support the roadway with the characteristic of loose and fractured surrounding rock. The mechanism of coupled grouting reinforcement and spread regularity of grout in surrounding rock are researched. Practice showed that it is an effective approach of the technology of two-step coupled grouting to resolve the problem of supporting loose and fractured surrounding rock and the supporting scheme has achieved good results.
