摘  要:随着数字通信技术的发展及商业应用需求的增加,数字语音压缩编码问题成为当前研究的热点。该文根据G.729语音压缩协议,采用TMS32OC54x系列芯片进行数字信号处理(DSP)系统设计,提出了一种新的语音处理方法。首先设计了编码解码器仿真流程,并用高级语言对其进行仿真;在此基础上对原协议算法进行优化,提出了舍弃乘积为零的运算优化和粗化搜索优化两种改进算法。仿真实验表明,该方法在基本保持原语音信号前提下,可较大幅度地降低运算量,提高处理速度,具有较大的实践意义。With the rapid progress of digital communication technology and the increasing requirement in commercial application, the digital speech compress technology becomes the focus of present research. This article adopts TMS32OC54x series chip to design DSP systematically, and puts forward a new speech processing method o.n the base of G. 729 pronunciation compress agreement. At first, the emulation procedure of the decoder is designed, and simulatod with the high - level language; then the original agreement algorithm is optimized, and two improved algorithms are put forward: one is to give up the operation when the product is zero; the other is to search for something but not one - by - one. The emulation experiment indicates, this method can keep the original pronunciation signal prerequisite basically, but reduce the operation amount and improve processing speed by a relatively large margin.
