摘 要:依据配电网单相接地故障时故障线路故障相与健全相之间故障分量的比值不小于2;健全线路在特征频带内故障相与健全相之间暂态分量的比值明显地小于2,且特征频带随系统结构、故障模式的变化而不确定的特征,提出一种新的单相接地故障选线方案,对于任一条馈线,先由故障相与健全相之间电流故障分量的比值大小判断该线路状态(健全或故障或可能故障);若为可能故障线路,则自适应地捕捉健全相暂态电流最集中的频带作为特征频带,由此频带内故障相与健全相电流暂态分量的比值大小最终判定该线路的状态(健全或故障)。仿真试验表明:该新方案能正确地判别故障线路和健全线路,且具有较高的灵敏度。The characteristic of three-phase current in a single-phase-to-ground distribution networks is analyzed. It is found that the ratio of the faulty component of faulty phase current to that of healthy phase current is no less than 2 for a faulty feeder, but less than 2 for a healthy feeder in a feature band, which varies with the structure of network and the mode of fault. Based on this principle, a new scheme of faulty line selection is presented. In this scheme, the sate of each feeder, namely healthy, faulty or "likely faulty", was identified with the ratio of the faulty component of faulty phase current to that of healthy phase current firstly. If considered as "likely faulty", the state of this feeder will be judged further with the ratio of transient current in an adaptive feature band, where the transient current of healthy phase is most centralized. Simulation of ATP and analysis of MATLAB proved that this scheme can distinguish faulty feeder from healthy feeder correctly with higher sensitiveness.
