摘 要:传统的故障选线采用集中比较各条出线的零序电流大小或相位,不便在馈线保护中实现及现场终端单元(FTU)上安装。该文提出一种新的基于负序电流补偿的自适应零序过电压保护原理。其基本保护采用零序过电压保护,动作时间采用反时限特性;在分析接地故障负序暂态电流分布特点的基础上,利用线路负序电流暂态有效值与一个可整定的补偿电抗相乘,形成补偿电压,并与零序电压幅值合成复合补偿电压,利用该电压对基本的反时限动作特性曲线进行修正,使零序过电压保护具有选择性。理论分析和仿真结果证明了方法的有效性。此外,还对采取该保护方案后,永久性线路故障和母线故障情况下如何保证供电的可靠性进行了讨论,提出了相应的解决方案。The conventional methods depend on the magnitude or phase comparison between the feeders connected to a common busbar, which is difficult to be implemented in a feeder protection and installed in a FTU. A novel principle of negative-sequence current compensation based adaptive zero-sequence over-voltage protection is therefore proposed. The inverse time delay characteristic is adopted by the basic zero-sequence over-voltage protection. On the basis of the analysis of the transient negative current, a compensated voltage can be generated with multiplying the rms value of the negative sequence transient current of the feeder by a settable compensated reactance, then combined with the magnitude of the zero-sequence voltage to consist of the compounded compensated voltage, which can be utilized to revise the characteristics of the inverse time-delay. By this means, the zero-sequence overvoltage protection will possess the selectivity. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified with the results of the theoretical analysis and simulations. Besides, the reliability of power supply in the event of permanent single-phase earth fault and busbar fault are discussed as well, and corresponding solutions are proposed.
