摘　　要：随着清洁发展机制制度体系的日益完善和CDM项目的不断开发,清洁发展机制的实施变得越来越具有可操作性。在CDM项目活动类别可再生能源类项目中,水电和风电项目已经成为CDM领域的“排头兵”。我国具有丰富的水能资源,符合CDM要求的水电项目众多,因此积极有效地进行CDM开发将有利于缓解目前很多水电工程建设面临的资金障碍,推动农村和项目所在地区的可持续发展。The implementation of Clean Development Mechanism （CDM） becomes more and more maneuverability along with increasingly completion and exploitation of CDM system. Hydropower and wind energy project are the pioneers of renewable energy resources in the field of CDM activities. China is rich in hydropower resources and many hydropower projects can meet the requirement of CDM. To initiate CDM actively can overcome the financial obstacle faced by hydropower project construction and promote sustainable development in rural and project areas.
