摘　　要：医学多媒体在线考试系统采用SQLServer2000数据库和Delphi进行开发,对多个功能模块进行了设计,并对有关技术进行了论述和运用,包括DCOM技术,MD5加密算法,多媒体传输,事务处理,正态性检验。能够实现多个学生同时在线考试、动态随机抽题、系统自动判卷、试题管理、用户管理、分数管理等功能。尤其在传统文本型考试的基础上,增加了音频、视频、图形多媒体功能,使医学生有一个感性直观的认识和理解,适合医学考试的特点。The test system was developed using SQL Server 2000 database and Delphi software. Seven functional modules were designed. This paper discusses some technologies of the system including DCOM, MDS,video transmission, transaction processing, and normal test. The test system supports many functions,such as： simultaneous testing students, random selection of test questions,automatic exam scoring, administration of test questions, administration of users,administration of scores and so forth. Especially on the basis of traditional textiess exam,it added multimedia function（video,audio,picture）.The system makes medico understand intuitionistic,lt fits medical exam.
