缓释氟尿嘧啶局部植入给药和常规给药治疗小鼠氟肝癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较缓释氟尿嘧啶植入给药与常规给药治疗小鼠肝癌实体瘤的疗效。方法小鼠接种癌细胞,5d后以两种方法分别给药治疗。结果缓释氟尿嘧啶局部植入给药组平均生存期为30.3d和33.9d;而氟尿嘧啶常规给药组平均生存期为11.0d和23.5d。结论缓释氟尿嘧啶局部植入给药对小鼠肝癌实体瘤的疗效(生存期)优于常规给药。Objective To compare of the efficacy of 5-Fu sustained-release implant in local administration and 5-Fu tradition general chemotherapeutics on transplanted liver cancer of mice. Methods Transplanted liver cancer of mice was tested after 5 days by 5-Fu sustained-release implant in local administration and 5-Fu tradition general chemotherapeutics. Results The average live time of mice for 5-Fu sustained-release implant in local administration group were 30.3 d and 33.9 d, but for 5-Fu tradition general chemotherapeuties group were 11.0 d and 23.5 d. Conclusions 5-Fu sustained-release implant in local administration have better clinical effect than 5-Fu tradition general ehemotherapeutics for the mice of the transplanted liver cancer.
