硫芥中毒复合烧伤对大鼠小肠的早期损伤研究

摘  要:目的观察单纯硫芥皮下中毒及复合烧伤对大鼠小肠的损伤作用。方法建立SD大鼠单纯硫芥中毒及复合深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,测定大鼠皮下硫芥中毒及硫芥中毒复合烧伤情况下的LD50。以复合伤情况下的0.8LD50剂量皮下注射大鼠,观察动物伤后每日体重及伤后2h、6h、12h、24h、48h、72h小肠含水量、回肠组织病理学的改变情况。结果大鼠皮下硫芥中毒及硫芥中毒复合烧伤情况下的LD50分别为11.42mg/kg和4.977mg/kg,单纯硫芥中毒及复合烧伤均导致大鼠体重减少,以72h最为明显;小肠含水量增加,单纯硫芥中毒以72h最为显著,复合伤组以48h最为显著;小肠组织结构损伤明显,单纯硫芥中毒组24h出现明显损伤,复合伤组则在12h即有明显损伤,损伤程度与损伤时间呈正相关。上述改变中,硫芥复合烧伤组动物均较相同时相点单纯损伤组动物强烈。结论硫芥全身中毒早期,小肠即受到损伤,相同剂量硫芥染毒情况下,硫芥中毒复合烧伤导致的小肠损伤较单纯中毒更为严重。Objective To investigate the early injury of small intestine in rats treated with sulfur mustard plus burn. Methods SD rats model with Ⅱ degree full-thickness injected Sulfur mustard were established. The LD50 value of sulfur mustard was determined by modified Karber' s method. Body weight, water content of small intestine, and pathological changes of ileum post-injury 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h were observed, Results The LD50 values of sulfur mustard were 11.42 mg/kg and 4. 977 mg/kg, respectively. Both sulfur mustard injection and sulfur mustard plus burn could induce the decrease of body weight which were significant at 72 h and the increase of water content of small intes- fine which were significant at 72 h or 48 h respectively. There were significant difference between experimental group and control group. There was a positive correlation between the degree of injury and the time of post-injury. Conclusions The results suggested that a complex injury of sulfur mustard in toxication and burn may produce more severe lesions in small intestine in rats than those induced by mustard treatment.
