同种脱钙骨基质、骨基质胶移植368例临床应用评价

摘　　要：１９８３～１９９２年应用同种脱钙骨基质（ＤＢＭ）、骨基质胶（ＢＭＧ）共３６８例。男性２３２例，女性１３６例。平均年龄３０．４岁，随访３３２例，平均时间２年１０个月。Ｘ线片成骨观察：Ⅳ级８５．５４％，Ⅲ级６．９２％，Ⅱ级２．２０％，Ⅰ级０．９４％，０级４．４％。总成骨率９５．７８％。３６８例大宗病例首次为ＤＢＭ、ＢＭＧ临床应用提供了科学根据。ＤＢＭ、ＤＭＧ可应用于骨伤、骨病术后需要植骨的部位，不受病种和部位限制。其成骨能力与自体骨移植相似。局部注射，添加骨水泥或明胶移植均可发生诱导成骨。为临床应用开辟另一条途径。From 1983 to 1992,368 patients(232 male and 136 female)with an average age of 30.4 years were treated with homogenic decalcified bone matrix(DBM)and bone matrix gelatin(BMG).324 cases of the 368 have been followed up from 11 to 34 months,X-ray examination revealed that 85.54%of the cases were osteogenic degree Ⅳ,6.92%in degree Ⅲ,2.20%in degree Ⅱ,0.94%in degreeⅠand 4.4%in degree 0 with a total osteogenic rate of 95.7%The favorable results from such a large series of 368 cases provide the orthopedicians with a solid base to apply homogenic DBM and BMG for the treatment of bony defects. DBM and BMG can be used in the site where bone grafts are needed after an operation in bone trauma or disease. The 2 preparations are indicated for various bone traumata and any site of the bony skeleton and the osteogenic capscity of the 2 agents is similar to that of an autograft.Local injection of bone cement or gelation to DBM or BMG can accelerate osteogenesis,which opens a new route for the clinical application of DBM and BMG.
