摘　　要：对组播网络模型进行数学分析,引入了质量水平涨落函数的概念.提出了一种基于质量水平涨落函数(QFF)的组播路由算法(MRQF),理论分析和仿真实验都表明此算法具有稳定服务质量,平衡组播网络负载的特点.能够保证组播树整体的稳定性.In this paper, we analysed the multicast model and the introduced the concept of QoS fluctuation fanction（QFF）, which represents dynamic fluctuation of QoS levels. A multicast routing algorithm which is based on the quality fluctuation function is recommended in the paper. The theory analysis and simulation result show the algorithm not only supports to stabilize QoS and control network overload, but also improve the stabilization of the whole multicast tree.
