摘  要:抗原(卵白蛋白,OA)攻击可提高致敏豚鼠血浆皮质醇含量、气道内压和气道内依文思蓝渗出量。甲吡酮(0.15g/kg,ip)降低OA攻击前后血浆皮质醇含量,并增强OA引起的气道痉挛和微血管渗漏。OA攻击后的皮质醇水平与气道内压及依文思蓝渗出间呈显著负相关。氢化可的松可阻断OA和甲吡酮的作用;甲吡酮对离体气道的平滑肌收缩和微血管渗漏无直接作用。Antisense peptide oxytocin,called AS-OT,whose sequence is encoded in antisense strand of DNA corresponding to the 12 amino-terminal residues of the bovine oxytocin (OT) and its binding protein-neurophysin I(NPI),a region that includes the OT sequence at residues 1~9 were observed.The peptide wasshown to bind selectively to OT and the solubilized complex of OT with receptor protein in plasma membranes from rat mammary gland after delivery.Analyzed with SDS/PAGE method the molecular weight of OT receptor protein was found to be 65kDa.It was suggested that antisense peptide might be used as a tool for affinity chromatography.
