摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化和慢性乙肝患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的检测水平和临床意义。方法利用R IA法检测44例肝硬化患者、46例慢性乙肝患者和30名正常对照者血清TNF-α的含量。结果肝硬化和慢性乙肝患者血清TNF-α含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论TNF-α在肝硬化和慢性乙肝的发病中起重要作用。Objective To study the level and clinical significance of serum tumor necrosis factor- α（TNF-α） in patients with liver cirrhosis and viral hepatitis B. Methods The concentration of TNF-α in serum of 44 patients with liver cirrhosis, 46 patients with viral hepatitis B and 30 normal control were determined by RIA method. Results TNF - α levels in serum of all patients were significantly higher than normal control （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion TNF - α play an important role in the process of liver cirrhosis and viral hepatitis B.
