摘　　要：[目的]观察通鼻胶囊对急性炎症及免疫性炎症的药理作用.[方法]建立多种实验性动物炎症模型,观察通鼻胶囊对各种炎症的治疗效果.[结果]通鼻胶囊可抑制大鼠足烫伤的肿胀,降低炎性组织中的前列腺素E2的含量,减轻豚鼠免疫性炎症的症状.[结论]通鼻胶囊具有对抗急性及免疫性炎症的作用.OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacological effects of the Tongbi capsule on acute and immune inflammation. METHODS Various animal models of inflammation were made, and the theraputic effects of the Tongbi capsule in the models were observed. RESULTS The Tongbi capsule markedly antagonized scald edema of rats, inhibited the biosynthesis or release of PGE2, remarkably inhibited thymic hyperplasia induced by TDI in guinea pigs. CONCLUSION The Tongbi capsule has inhibitory effect on acute and immune inflammation .
