摘  要:本文观察了体外糖基化LDL在人巨噬细胞(Mφ)中的代谢和细胞内脂质含量变化。Mφ的LDL受体最大高亲和结合(B_(max))为555.91mg/g细胞蛋白,亲和常数(Km)为59.48mg/L。糖基化LDLB_(max),为434.78mg/g细胞蛋白,Km为17.82mg/L.Mφ结合,摄入和降解糖基化LDL明显强于正常LDL组。与糖基化LDL孵育的Mφ胞内总胆固醇含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示人巨噬细胞代谢糖基化LDL与正常LDL途径不同,此过程伴细胞内脂质积聚易于形成泡沫细胞。The in uitro metabolic proeess of gLDL in human macrophage and thechange of total cholesterol contained in the eell was observed.The B(max) of LDL reeeptoron the eell was 555.9 1 mg/g cell protein,the Km was 59.48mg/L.The B(max) of glycosylatedLDL was 434.78 mg/g eell protein,the Km was 17.82mg/L. The binding,internalizationand degradation of gLDL by the eell was higher than that of native LDL,The totalcho lesterol in the eell incubating with gLDL was higher than that with native LDL(P<0.05).The result indicated that the metabolic proeess of gLDL in hulnan macrophagewas different from that of the native LDL。This process accompanied the deposition oflip id which n1ade the eell beco me foam cell much easier.
