摘  要:针对自密实轻骨料混凝土(SCLC)的力学性能与普通混凝土力学性能的差异,采用常规混凝土力学性能的试验方法,对SCLC的力学性能进行研究,得出了SCLC的一般力学性能结论.结果表明表面粗糙的轻骨料有利于SCLC强度的提高和拌合物在改进的L-800流变仪中流动性的增加,SCLC的折压比小于普通混凝土,脆性大于普通混凝土,弹性模量约为同强度等级普通混凝土的67%~78%.为SCLC的力学性能在工程中的应用提供了理论指导.Directed against the differences in mechanical properties of self - compacting lightweight aggregate concrete (SCLC) and ordinary concrete, adopting ordinary testing ways in mechanical properties of concrete, the authors study mechanical properties of SCLC and draw the conclusions on mechanical conclusions of SCLC. The results show that lightweight aggregates with coarse surface are prone to enhancing the compression strength of SCLC and increasing the fluidity of SCLC in the mended L -800 rheological testing apparatus of concrete mixtures, the ratios of flexural strength to compression strength of SCLC are smaller than those of ordinary concrete, SCLC has bigger brittleness than ordinary concrete and elasticity modulus of SCLC is about 67% -78% that of ordinary concrete. All these can give some theoretical instructions to the engineering utilities of mechanical properties of SCLC.
