摘　　要：该系统的目的在于自动限制汽车的运行速度;它能根据道路的不同,设置不同的限速值,通过对汽车当前速度的测量,并与设定的限速值相比较,当大于限速值时,使油门自动关小,由于这是一个负反馈控制过程,能使汽车的运行速度限制在限速值附近;限速值是由交通部门根据路况设置的,进入某种路况时将会自动地改变限速值,而且,司机无法更改限速值;从而,使超速行驶的可能性大大减少,交通事故也明显下降。The purpose of this system is to limit car＇s speed automaticly, which can set different speed limit values automaticly according to the road＇s condition. It measures car＇s current speed, and checks it against the setting speed limit value. When it bigger than the speed limit value, the system can close throttle automaticly. As it is a negative feedback process, it can limit car＇s speed nearby the speed limit value. The speed limit value is setted by the communications department according to the road＇s condition, when car enters into some road condition, it can change speed limit value automaticly. And the driver cafft change the speed limit value. So it can reduce the possibility of furious driving, and the rate of traffic accident is drop greatly.
