摘　　要：EDI合同,也就是电子数据交换形式的合同,正随着国际贸易的广泛深入和现代化信息技术的迅猛发展而被广泛应用,我国合同法对这种形式的合同已经有所规定,但相对于传统形式的合同而言,它还是一个新生事物。文章对EDI合同的形式、生效和要约与承诺的撤回等问题作了分析和探讨。Contract of the EDI （electronic data interchange） form, with the the expansion of the international trade and the rapid development of the IT technology, is widely explored nowadays. Though EDI as a form of contract has been admired in the Contract Law of the People＇s Republic of China, it is still new to the Chinese compared with the traditional contract of the paper form. This thesis intends to make analysis of the form, efficiency, and the withdraw of offer and acceptance concerned with EDI contract.
