摘　　要：根据汽化室脱硫喷枪应用中出现的破损问题，分析了喷枪制备工艺过程和耐火材料性能对喷枪破损的影响，确定了喷枪用耐火浇注料的性能要求。通过原材料的选择、浇注料配方的调整及性能优化试验，研制了性能优良的浇注料。工业试验和应用表明，此种喷枪的使用寿命延长了0．6～1．9倍。Facing the problem of damage of injection lance with vaporizing chamber, the effect of injection lance manufacture technology and refractory properties on lance damage were investigated. The performance demands of castables for injection lance with vaorizing chamber were confirmed. Castables with excellent performance were developed by choosing suitable materials, adjusting castables dosage and optimizing eastables performance tests. Industrial experiments and extensive application showed that the lifespan of the injection lance prolonged by 0.6-1.9 times.
