摘　　要：概述新型透皮给药载体——传递体研究的特点、组成及制备方法、穿透动力学以及研发设计中应注意的问题。传递体以其自身的特点与技术,将在不久的将来研发出各种传递体皮肤外用制剂。Transfersomes technology consists of ultra deformable vesicle carriers designed to deliver drugs non-invasively through the skin barrier. Using transfersomes as a predictor of in vitro performance of dosage forms is possible. The transfersomes will carve out new tendency within transdermal delivery systems with itself character. This paper reviewed principles, components and preparation of the new transdermal vesicle carrier of drugs transfersomes. The penetrating dynamics and other cores in the development of the transfersomes were addressed.
