摘　　要：目的:探讨头孢硫脒治疗血液病合并感染的疗效和安全性。方法:55例血液病并发感染患者随机分两组,治疗组31例,静脉滴注头孢硫脒4～6 g·d-1,bid,用药3～10 d。对照组24例,静脉滴注头孢呋辛4～6 g·d-1, bid,用药3～14 d。结果:治疗组有效率93．5％,细菌清除率81．3％;对照组有效率75．0%,细菌清除率50．0％(P均<0．05)。两组不良反应均少且轻微。结论:头孢硫脒治疗血液病合并各种感染疗效确切,尤其对金葡球菌及肠球菌感染有很好治疗作用。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefathiamidine for the treatment of hemopathy with infeetion. Methods：55 patients with hemopathy with infeetion were randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups; intravernous infusion of eefathiamidine （4 -6 g） twice daily for 3 - 10 days （n =31 ） or intravenous infusion of eefuroxime （4 -6 g） twice daily for 3 - 14 days （n =24）. Results： The effeetive rate of eefathiamidine and c efuroxime was 93.6% vs. 75.0% and the baeteria eradieation rate 81.3% vs. 60.0% （P 〈 0.05 ）. No serious adverse reaetions were reported. Conclusion： Cefathiamidine offers a better therapy in patients with hemopathy with infeetion, espeeially with Staphyloeoeeus aureus and Enteroeoeeus faeealis.
