摘　　要：利用信息网络防伪技术,设计开发了船员证书防伪系统,可有效地防止船员证书的伪造。Using the information network anti-counterfeiting technology,this paper designs and develops anti-counterfeiting system of crew＇s certificates,which can effectively prevent crew＇s certificates from counterfeiting.
