摘　　要：以合成油为主要组分油,混兑部分溶剂精制油,选用性能优良的硫磷型复合添加剂及其他功能添加剂,研制出具有优良的极压抗磨性、氧化安定性、防锈防腐性、抗乳化性、抗泡性半合成型重负荷工业齿轮油。该油品适用温度范围广,产品符合ISO粘度等级1000,性能达到L-CKD1000暂定重负荷工业齿轮油一级品指标要求,完全达到了美钢224规格,并且在氧化安定性、极压抗磨性等方面优于进口油,超过国外同类产品性能水平。The heavy - load industrial gear oil with excellent capabilities of EP/AW, oxidation stability, anti - rust ＆ anti - corrosion, anti - emulsification, anti - foam was prepared by blending a mass of synthetic oil, partial solvent refining oil and a small quantity of S- P complex additives as well as other function additives. The developed oil not only can apply at wide temperature range and accord with ISO viscosity grade 1000 but also meet the requirements of L - CKD1000 provisional first grade standard. Besides completely attaining 224 specification of America Steel Institute, it exceeds the imported oils in oxidation stability, EP/AW ability etc and excels overseas same kind products in performance.
