摘　　要：薛立功教授从事针灸临床、科研、教学30余载,擅治经筋痹痛,学验俱丰,其经筋理论,独树一帜。其中包括经筋病的概念,经筋与经脉的区别,十二经筋的解剖学基础,经筋病因病理,经筋病的特殊治疗原则,治疗针具及其操作方法。薛教授的长圆针疗法对于临床经筋痹痛疗效卓著。Professor XUE Li-gong is engaged in clinic, scientific research and teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion for over 30 years, being good at treatment of numbness and pain of the aponeurotie system with richer learning and experiences. His theories about the aponeurotic system develop a school of one＇s own, including conception of the aponeurotic diseases, differentiation of the aponeurotic system with channels, the anatomic basis of the twelve aponeurotic systems, causes and pathogenesis of diseases of the aponeurotic system, and special treatment principles of the aponeurotic diseases, needling instruments for treatment, and manipulation methods. Professor XUE＇s long- round needle therapy has obvious clinical therapeutic effect on numbness and pain of the aponeurotic system.
