摘　　要：本文主要阐述了实时图像处理系统中的一种视频采集与存储方案,讨论了设计中的难点与要点。视频图像的采集与存储都是由FPGA来进行控制,采用硬件描述语言(Verilog)和自顶向下的设计方法在可编程器件(XC3S400)上实现了具体电路。实践应用中表明这种方案工作稳定可靠,而且具有一定的灵活性。In the paper, We expatiate a method of video acquisition and storage in real-time image Processing System. and analyze the diffieuh and key points in the design. The acquisition and storage of Video image are controlled by FPGA. We realize the design circuit on FPGA （XC3s400） using Verilog HDL and UP_DOWN design method. Practice indicates that the design method works reliably and flexibly.
