摘　　要：近一时期,我国医疗费用快速增长的问题显得日益突出,它给公费医疗、劳保医疗以及个人支付医疗费用都带来了巨大的压力,成为人民群众议论和关注的问题。通过1989～1994年全国4000余所卫生部门县及县以上综合医院、中医院医疗服务提供情况、分项收支情况以及国家统计局公布的国民经济发展概况、行业职工收入水平等资料的综合分析,对医疗费用为什么增长如此之快,它与国民经济发展是一种什么关系,导致医疗费用增长的主要原因是什么,这种增长趋势将对我国医疗卫生事业的发展产生什么影响等重大问题给予了比较充分地说明。其分析要点和初步结论对于各级卫生行政管理部门和医院深化卫生改革、提高管理决策水平有一定的参考作用。A considerably full explanation is here made on such important problems as why medical cost rises so rapidly,what relationship such a rise bears on the development of the national economy, what the main causes are that bring about the rise,and what effect such a tendency has on the progress of our health service according to the data concerning the provided medical service,the itemized sheets of revenue and expenditure presented by more than 4000 hospitals and traditional medicine units under the jurisdiction of county public health department and aboue and to a comprehensive analysis of the sur- veys on the development of our national economy.The focal points of the author's analysis and the pre- liminary conclusion drawn are of considerable help to the deepening of health reforms and the upgrading of management and policymaking of different levels of health administration and hospitals.
