摘 要:以胆色素结石(PS)动物模型为基础选用家兔40只,随机分4组,每组10只。观察不同组别成石率;胆汁、血清中免疫复合物(IC)、特异性IgG含量;以及各组成石率与其胆汁血清中IC、IgG含量的相关性。结果表明,死菌活菌组都有很高的成石率,而^(60)Co照射组成石率显著降低,各组成石率与其胆汁血清中IC、IgG含量呈非常显著正相关。因此,IC形成及其抗原抗体亲和力等免疫学机制可能是PS形成的重要原因之一。An animal model of bile pigmental stone(PS) formation was made in 40 rabbits. They were divided into 4 groups with each group having 10 rabbits. The rate of PS formation in various groups, immune-complex (IC), specific IgG in the bile and serum were examined. The results show that: 1)There was a very high rate of PS in both injected live and dead 3360 E. coli Ag groups, however, the rate of PS in the ^(60)Co irradiated group was much lower than that in above two groups; (2) There was a close relationship in each group between the rate of PS and IC, IgG in serum or bile. It is eoncluded that the formation of IC and the affinity of Ag-Ab might facilitate the PS formation.
