摘　　要：权力是国际政治的核心概念之一,有关权力问题的论述和阐释,学界已有很多。本文则试图从一个新的角度,即三大主流学派如何看待权力在国际政治中的地位和作用问题,尽可能全面地揭示出三大学派的权力观及其差异,并力争对造成这种差异的原因作进一步的解析。Authority is .one of the key concepts of international politics. There are quite a lot of treatises and explanation about authority problem in academic circles. This thesis, from a new angle, that is, from the question of how the three schools look on authority＇s position and functions in international politics, manages to state their authority views and difference and aims at the analysis on the reasons of such difference.
