摘　　要：以山东省东营市冬映红冬枣生产者协会为案例,从市场化、产业化和组织运作机制等角度对生产者协会的产生、运作和组织内部利益联结关系进行分析,阐释合作组织制度效率的改进对农业综合产业化的推动作用。Through the case study of Dongyinghong Winter Chinese Date Producer Association in Shandong province, this paper analyses the origin, running and method about inside interest coupling of the producer association from the point of view on the marketization, industrialization and organization running mechanism, and explains that promoting the efficiency of cooperative organization system is the effective way to improve agriculture integrate industrualization.
