摘　　要：我国正处于社会转型时期,一方面,大学改革在不断深化,另一方面,大学与社会的互动日益加强,形成了相互合作、相互牵制的错综复杂的关系网络,由此带来的各种文化的碰撞、冲突与融合在很大程度上,使大学失去了往昔的宁静。近年来我国高校在外延意义上的快速发展,也催生了大学校园内的诸多矛盾,而校园文化所遭遇的碰撞和冲突便首当其冲。因此,在这种情形之下,如何正确认识大学校园文化的冲突及其表现,建设和谐的大学校园文化已成为当前大学校园文化建设的重要任务。Our country lies at the social transitional era, on the one hand, university innovation are deepening, on the other hand, the reciprocity between university and society is strengthening and forming the relationship of mutual cooperation and mutual restraint. Moreover, it brings about the conflict and merging of varied cultures, in some manner, the past university quiet pass away. In recent years, universities in our country are developing fast, which forms all kinds of contradiction on campus, and the campus culture is among them and goes through the conflict. So, in this case, it becomes an important task of present campus culture construction that how we recognize the conflict and its presentation and how we construct harmonious campus culture.
