摘　　要：在我国金融业即将全面放开的今天,外资银行的进入将对我国外债的规模、结构和货币供给量产生重大的影响,甚至带来对金融业稳定性和货币政策有效性的冲击。外资银行进入对我国金融业的影响主要表现为外债结构和货币供给量的双重变化。With the opening of the financial industry to the international world, the entrance of foreign banks will exert great influence on the scale and structure of foreign loans, as well as the monetary supply, furthermore, even on the stability of financial industry and the efficiency of monetary policy. This paper argues that the influence of entrance of foreign banks on financial industry embodies dual changes in the structure of foreign and monetary supply. Based on the analysis above,the paper puts forward three countermeasures.
