摘　　要：录井设备种类繁多,规范化的设备管理意识在一些企业尚未引起足够的重视,难以适应快速发展的生产需求。从录井设备管理现状分析入手,对设备管理存在的问题进行了剖析,指出了解决这些问题的相应方法;在探索录井设备管理新模式的基础上,有针对性地提出了设备管理中的一些新举措;强调了设备管理必须转变观念,提出企业内部实行租赁制也应作为一种有效的管理方式。对录井设备管理的探讨有利于引起录井企业重视并逐步实现设备管理的规范化、科学化,从而在满足生产需求的条件下,实现设备效能的最大化。With a great variety of mud logging equipment, the consciousness of the standard equipment management has not been paid much attention in some enterprises; this is difficult to suit the production demands of fast developing. Start from analyzing current equipment managing situation, the author analyzed the existing problems, pointed out the corresponding methods to solve these problems, set forth some new measures in accordance with the management on the basis of probing mud logging equipment managing model, emphasized that the concepts for equipment management must be changed and put forward that equipment renting in the enterprise should also be an effective managing way. The discussion on mud logging equipment management was beneficial to bring attention in logging enterprises, realizing the standard and scientific management, and thereby making the equipment maximum effect under the condition of meeting the production demands.
