摘　　要：采用一步法、无溶剂生产工艺代替二步法、有溶剂生产工艺生产环氧乙酰蓖麻油酸甲酯(EMAR)的工艺研究结果显示:反应温度降低20℃;环氧值由3．0％提高到5．0％,更重要的是其产品成本下降30％以上．In this paper, to produce epoxidized methyl acetoricinoleate with one - step , having no solvent technology to replace two- step, have solvent technology. The results show that the reac tion temperature of this method reduces 20℃ and the epoxidized value rises to 5.0 % from 3.0 %, the more important thing is its cost of goods drops by more than30 % .
