手术后结合^(90)Sr-^(90)Y敷贴治疗增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨90 Sr-90 Y敷贴治疗对增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩的疗效．方法:对收治的112例瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕患者,采用90 Sr-90 Y敷贴治疗与手术切除后结合90 Sr-90Y敷贴综合治疗,均采用多次小剂量法照射,每疗程30-50Gy,一般2～3个疗程．结果:采用单纯敷贴治疗75例患者,治愈48例(占64％),显效18 例(占24％),综合治疗组37例患者,治愈33例(占89．2％),显效2例(占5．4％),两组治愈率比较(P<0． 05),差异有显著性．表明综合治疗治愈率高于单纯敷贴治疗．结论:90 Sr-90 Y敷贴治疗是一种简便有效的治疗方法,尤其是手术后结合敷贴综合治疗疗效更加显著．Objective： To discuss the curative effect of ^90Sr-^90Y application method treating hyperplastic scar and keloid. Methods： 112 cases of keloid with hperplastic scar received surgery and ^90Sr-^90Y application method treatment or only ^90Sr-^90Y application method. Through multiple iradiations with small dose, 30 - 50Gy of each treatment course, lasting 2 - 3 treatment courss the curative effects of two methods were observed. Results： Among 75 patients receiving ^90Sr-^90Y application method, 18 cases were effectual （24%） and 48 cases （64%） were cured. Among 37 patients receiving comprehensive treatment, 33 cases were cured （89.2%）, and 2 cases were effectual（5.4% ）. The difference of cure rates between two groups was significant. Conclusion：^90Sr-^90Y application method is a simple and effective therapeutic method, especially combined with surgery
