摘 要:选择4周龄的良凤花肉鸡180只,随机分为3组。1组(对照组)饲喂基础日粮,2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加100mg/kg半胱胺及120mg/kg半胱胺。试验结果表明:屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、心重、肝重3组间均无显著差异(P>0.05),但(胸肌率除外)随着半胱胺添加量的增加均呈下降趋势。2、3组的腹脂率明显下降(P<0.05)。120mg/kg半胱胺组的腹脂率低于100mg/kg半胱胺组(P<0.05)。2、3组的肉色优于对照组,pH值方面,3组间差异不显著(P>0.05),2、3组系水力高于对照组(P<0.05),120mg/kg半胱胺组系水力高于100mg/kg半胱胺组(P<0.05)。Select 180 Liangfenghua broilers at the age of 4 weeks were randomly divided into three groups. The group 1 was control group which were fed the basal ration and the group 2、3 were treatment groups which were fed the basal ration with 100mg/kgCS and 120mg/kgCS,respectively. The results of the test showed that there was no in percentage of carcass yield,percentage of eviscerated yield with giblet, percentage of eviscerated yield,heart weight,liver weight among 3 groups and above these slaughter traits decrease with increasing CS intake except pectoral percentage and the abdominal fat percentage of groups 2、3 decreased. The abdominal fat percentage of groups 2、3 significantly decreased than group 1(P〈0.05). The abdominal fat percentage of groups 3 was significantly lower than group 2,the chicken color of group 2、3 were higher than group 1,there was no difference in PH among 3 groups (P〉0.05),the water holding capacity (WHC) of group 2、3 were significantly higher than group 1 (P〈0.05).The WHC of group 3 was significantly higher than group 2 (P〈0.05).
