摘　　要：在Ｂ超监视下用输出６６瓦的ＹＡＧ激光手术器环切严重狭窄的宫颈管，直至其松解，致使中孕难以引产的患者人流引产成功，无出血，无痛苦，未损伤胎膜。随访半年，宫颈管正常，痛经消失。A woman had second trimester of pregnancy combined with severe adhesion narrow of whole length of cervical canal. We ablated the cervical adhesion by laser operation and then performed induced abortion successfully. There were no bleeding, pain or discomport during the procedure. A month later, she had normal menstruahon and her cervix was returned to normal shape,Two month later, her dysmenorrhea was completely relieved.
