摘　　要：介绍了一种利用粗晶废残硬质合金为原料,制备细晶粒硬质合金的工艺技术方法。对粗晶废残硬质合金晶的加热处理过程中的影响因素(温度、气氛、加热时间)进行了深入研究,探讨了加热处理、破碎研磨、还原、碳化等工艺对合金晶粒细化作用的影响。This paper introduce one method of process and tecchnology on preparing the fine crystal cemented carbide from the scrap cemented carbide products with coarse srystal grain. The infective factors （temperature, atmosphere , heating time ） during the process of heating the scrap coarse cemented carbide srystal have been researched ; and various process parameters on how to fine the coarse-crystal through contral the process of heattreatment, crash and grinding, reduction, carbonization have been discussed.
