摘　　要：桂A是广西大学支农开发中心以自选的95A为母本,自育的桂占为父本杂交并经多代回交转育而成的特大穗优质籼稻不育系。桂A不育性稳定,柱头发达、外露率高,异交结实率高,易于繁殖制种,而且植株高大,茎秆坚韧,抗倒伏,米质优,可恢复性好,配合力高,2003年通过广西区科技厅成果鉴定。Gui A, developed from crossing 95A to Guizhan and successively backcrossing its filial male sterile plants to Guizhan by the Agricultural Development Center of Guangxi University, is a new indica CMS line with super large panicles （more than 250 spikelets per panicle）. It showed stable and complete male sterility, vigorous stigma with high exsertion rate, high outcrossing rate, easy to multiply and produce its F1 hybrid seeds. Furthermore, it had tall and thick stems with good lodging resistance, fine grain quality, good restorability and high combining ability. In October, 2003, it was technically identified in Guangxi.
