摘 要:目的:探讨儿童肥胖症与血脂及脂联素的关系。方法:研究对象共96例,肥胖组73例,正常对照组23例,采用ELLSA方法测定血浆脂联素水平;免疫比浊法测定血脂。结果:(1)肥胖症儿童存在明显的血脂代谢紊乱,肥胖儿童的TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高,HDL-C明显降低。(2)肥胖症儿童血浆脂联素水平低于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脂联素的水平与儿童肥胖症的发病有关,肥胖儿童较正常儿童存在明显的血脂代谢紊乱,加强肥胖儿童的早期干预对增进儿童健康有重要意义。Objective: This study was designed to investigate the plasma lipids and adiponectin in obese children. Methods: A total of 96 Children, including 73 obese Children and 23 normal controls, were enrolled in this study, the ELISA technique was used to determine the levels of plasma adiponectin. The serum levels of triglyceride (TG),total Cholesterol (TC),Low-density lipoproteincholesterol (LDL-C),high-density Lipoprotein- Cholesterol (HDL-C) were assayed with turbidimetry. Results: The lipids disorder exists in obese children .Blood lipids levels including TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C were found having significant difference between obese children and control group. The level of plasma adiponectin decreased in obese children ,as compared with the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Blood lipids disorder and low-level adiponectin exist in obese children .It is important to manage the obese children as early as possible.
