摘　　要：目的:观察腺苷酸环化酶多克隆抗体(adenylatecyclasepolyclonalantibody,ACpAb)对大鼠血管源性脑水肿(vasogenicbrainedema,VBE)的保护作用。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、脑水肿组、脑水肿甘露醇组、脑水肿ACpAb组共4组。Wistar大鼠腹腔注射苯肾上腺素造成VBE模型,然后分别股静脉注射甘露醇、腹腔注射ACpAb,用Evansblue(EB)法测定血脑屏障(blood-brainbarrier,BBB)的通透性,并以远红外水分分析仪分别测定各组脑灰、白质水分含量百分比。结果:ACpAb组同甘露醇组相比,对降低BBB通透性及大脑白质水分含量差异均有显著性(P<0.01),对灰质的脱水作用差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:AC活性与VBE中BBB的通透性改变有关,ACpAb对VBE尤其是脑白质水肿有选择性治疗作用。Objective To observe the neuroprotective effect of adenylate cyclase polyclonal antibody （AC pAb） on vasogenic brain edema （VBE） in rats. Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, VBE group, edema with mannitol treatment group, and edema with AC pAb treatment group. Rat models of VBE were established by intraperitoneal injection of phenylephrine in the last three groups, then mannitol was injected into the rats＇ femoral vein in one group and AC pAb was injected intraperitoneally in another group. The permeability of the blood-brain barrier （BBB） was determined by Evans blue （EB） extravasation method, and the content of liquid in the gray and white matter in cerebrum was measured respectively with a far-infrared moisture analyzer. Results AC pAb administration significantly reduced the permeability of BBB and the content of liquid in the white matter in cerebrum compared with mannitol administration （ P 〈 0. 01）, but there was no significant difference between AC pAb and mannitol administration in reducing the content of liquid in the gray matter （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The change of BBB permeability in VBE is related to the activity of AC. AC pAb has a selective therapeutic effect on VBE, especiaUy for edema in the white matter.
