复方补肾冲剂治疗肾阳虚型骨髓增生异常综合征的研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方补肾冲剂治疗肾阳虚型骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的临床疗效,初步探讨其作用机制。方法将30例MDS患者随机均分为复方补肾冲剂合十一酸睾丸酮(安雄)治疗组(治疗组)和单用十一酸睾丸酮治疗组(对照组),观察两组治疗前、后外周血象、骨髓象、T细胞亚群及细胞因子水平。结果治疗组症状明显减轻,血象改善,总有效率为86．7％,显著优于对照组的46．7％(P<0．05)。两组治疗前CD4+、CD4+／ CD8+。比值和白介素(IL)-2显著低于正常值,CD8+、可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)- α、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平显著高于正常值(P值均<0．05),治疗组于治疗后上述异常明显改善(P<0．05),对照组治疗前、后的差异无显著性(P>0．05)。结论复方补肾冲剂是治疗MDS安全、有效的药物,其作用途径可能主要通过调节机体免疫及调控造血细胞因子表达,促进骨髓正常造血的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS） of shen yang xu treated with Compound Recipe of Bushen Chongji（CRBC）, and appraise the mechanism. Methods Thirty patients were divided into two groups randomly. CRBC was used in the treated group, Andriol in the controlled group. Changes of peripheral blood, bone marrow, T-lymphocyte subsets and the levels of several cytokines were observed before and after the treatment. Results The clinical features and the blood counts of the treated group were evidently improved. The total effective rate was 86.7%, which was much better than that of the controlled group 46.7%（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions CRBC is a safe and effective therapy of MDS. It can modulate the abnormal immunological function and the level of cytokines, reduce the malignant clones and stimulate hematopoiesis of MDS patients.
