摘  要:由于溶剂法热轧板镀锌可生产出用于建筑的厚镀锌板,其成本较低,市场竞争力很强,目前深受广大企业的青睐,但是在生产中表面质量难以控制。介绍了采用溶剂法热镀锌的实际生产工艺,通过采用与冷轧板比较、人为制造划痕和凹坑把缺陷放大等手段,着重分析基体表面状态对镀层表面质量的影响,并从微观角度分析其形成原因。Because the thick hot rolled galvanizing building sheet has lower cost and vigorous competitive power, it is favoured by many enterprises for the moment. However, its coating quality can't be ensured. The process of hot rolled galvanizing of solvent method is introduced. By means of comparing with cold-rolled sheet, man-made scratch and pit to enlarge defect etc, the effect of the base surface state on the coating surface quality and the reason are analyzed microscopically.
