摘 要:采用活化制粉工艺获得活性铝-锶合金粉末,并将其置于沸腾的纯水中,发生激烈水解反应,同时放出大量氢气,生成白色水解产物。利用XRD,SEM,BET等技术对白色水解产物进行结构和形貌研究。研究结果表明,白色水解产物为氢氧化铝和氢氧化锶复合粉末,复合粉末微观形貌为1—3μm片状小颗粒叠加的团聚颗粒,BET比表面积较大,达到45.2m^2/g,且水解产物中Sr与Al质量比与合金配比相比有所偏移,但在复合粉末中两者均匀混合,具有化学组成的微观均匀性。The activated Al -Sr alloy powder had been produced. The powder was immerged in pure water and hydrolyzed intensely. At the same time, the hydrogen released and the white hydrolysate was obtained. The structure and properties of white hydrolysate had been researched by XRD, SEM,BET. The results show that the white hydrolysate is the composite powder of AL( OH) 3 and Sr( OH)2. The micrograph of composite powder is piled up by many 1 - 3 μm sheet powders. The surface area is great up to 45.2 m^2/g. And the proportion of elements Sr/Al in hydrolysate departs from the originai proportion of Al - Sr alloy. But the two components blend Uniformly in the composite powder.
