摘 要:分析比较了目前氧化铁红常用生产工艺的弊端,探索出一种低污染新型混酸法工艺:以硫酸法晶种代替传统混酸法使用的硝酸法晶种,将其洗涤并浓缩后接以硫酸亚铁与硝酸亚铁为反应介质的二步氧化。成品经检测达到国家标准GB1863—1989中HO01-04的性能要求。该工艺具有操作安全、无大量氮氧化物产生、对环境污染小等优点,是一种可以推广的清洁生产工艺。The defects of conventional process of iron oxide red were analyzed in this paper, and a new mixed acid method with low pollution was discovered. Using crystal seed of sulfuric acid method instead of crystal seed of nitric acid method which was used in traditional process, then carrying on two - step oxidization after washing and concentration in which using ferrous sulfate and ferrous nitrate as reaction mediator. The product can achieve the standards of HO01-04 in GB1863-1989. Because of fine quality products, safe operating environment,without nitrogen oxide discharge and less pollution, the new process is worth spreading clean - production process.
